WellNow Urgent Care is proud to offer an exciting new benefit for veterans. Each of our locations is part of the TriWest network, allowing VA members to visit any of our facilities for quick, convenient care with no appointments or prior authorization needed.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the VA urgent care benefit, veterans must be enrolled in the VA healthcare system and have received care through the VA or a community provider within the past 24 months. To determine your eligibility, contact your local VA medical facility.
Copayments and Billing
Your copayment will depend on your assigned priority group and how many times you visit an in-network urgent care center in a calendar year.
When you visit a location, simply let us know that you will be using your VA urgent care benefit. Our team will verify your coverage and take care of billing the VA.
