WellNow Urgent Care’s journey

2011

The first Five Star Urgent Care opened in Big Flats, NY.

2017

Five Star locations continued to expand, serving patients across New York State.

2018

We reintroduced our company as WellNow Urgent Care and acquired MASH Urgent Care’s seven locations in Western New York.

2019

WellNow entered into a joint venture with St. Peter’s Health Partners to provide urgent care services across the Albany area.

2020

By the end of 2020, we opened more than 50 locations across New York and Illinois and continue looking for new opportunities to expand.

2021

With the acquisition of Hometown Urgent Care, we grew overnight to 85+ locations, expanding our footprint to Ohio and Michigan.

2022

We expanded our footprint to Indiana and Pennsylvania.

2022

WellNow announces the strategic acquisition of Physicians Immediate Care, expanding the company’s footprint into a sixth state, Wisconsin, and bringing our total number of locations to more than 180.
